Description
Franciacorta extra brut Anthologie Noir 2016 Camilucci
Variety: Pinot Nero 100%
Intense straw yellow color, with thin peach pink veins.
The nose is exciting. Here is a Champion. Intense and at the same time of great quality. The aromas of wild berries follow one another lightly, with citrus fruits, with flowers and iodized notes driven by an angry sea. Extreme precision and cleanliness, yet what impresses is the variety. They conclude notes of dry pastry, of aromatic herbs and spices.
On the palate it is of the same cut as the olfactory profile. Impressive! For harmony and balance, but with the individual parts defined with care and attention. It has volume and sumptuous drinkability The very low dosage enhances Minerality and freshness. The carbonic after more than 40 months is very fine and elegant. Very persistent, with precious aromas of spices, aromatic herbs and berries.
The trace of Stefano’s wines is that of the supreme balance, between volume and verticality. The Anthologie Noir in the 2016 vintage is certainly one of the best Franciacorta, and consequently of all the Italian sparkling wines.
