Straw yellow color
The citrus, lemon and cedar, then the golden apple stand out on the nose. Also the yellow meadow flowers, those of the dandelion, and the grass cut and dried in the sun. On the whole the perfumes are caressing.
On the palate it has very present hardness, with the acidity to support the role of the first actor, and the minerality of excellent supporting actor. The softnesses have a good creaminess and a correct alcohol content. The slight residual sugar helps the first two and together they reach balance. Good persistence.
Among the non-vineyard bubbling it is certainly one of the best.

Venezia Giulia Ribolla Gialla ComeMiVuoi 2019 di Lenardo
Ribolla Gialla grapes are grown by di Lenardo, around the estate in the Ontagnano hamlet in the municipality of Gonars. The area is that of the Grave, consequently the soil is clayey with a significant presence of gravel.
The training system is espalier with lateral Guyot pruning.
Harvest: it is conducted during the month of September.
The grape yield per hectare is approximately 100 quintals.
The bunches are immediately pressed softly in a nitrogen-saturated vacuum environment.
Subsequently the must is transferred into stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 15 degrees. After the addition of selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation begins, which lasts about 15 days.
After the tumultuous phase, the wine remains in the same containers to mature in contact with the yeasts until the spring following the harvest. In this period the bâtonnage are frequent.
After bottling, the bottles are left to rest for another two months before being marketed.
