The harvest is done by hand. Performs alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers, with temperature control.
It does not carry out the malolactic transformation, while it refines, for a variable period between five and seven months on fine lees.

Straw yellow color.
The nose has intense and well-defined aromas of magnolia and rose petals, white and above all pink. Apricot and yellow peach, precede litchis and mango. Among the spices we can hear nutmeg and cloves.
On the palate it is medium fat, with moderate hardness to compensate for the natural tendency to Gewürztraminer softness. Aromas of ripe grapes and spices reach the nasal receptors.
Overall it is an excellent wine, which should be simple in theory, while in reality it is endowed with remarkable fascinating facets.

In 2007, after one hundred years from the foundation, the members have become 215. On that occasion the Passion line is presented, where the excellence of their wines is grouped.
