Grapes are grown in the classical area, in a single vineyard located in the municipality of San Marcello in province of Ancona. Plants are over 50 years old. The planting system provides 2500 plants per hectare.
Lastly, the grapes for the production of Verdicchio Riserva Dino and Superiore Filotto, fermented in stainless steel containers, leaving the different parcels separate. After performing the malo-lactic transformation, it refines, always in steel, for a period of at least 12 months. Filtration, bottling and further rest for at least 6 months.
