Chianti Classico 2016 Poggio al Sole
Variety: Sangiovese 85%, Merlot 10% e Canaiolo 5%
The harvest was carried out by hand, between the end of September and the beginning of October 2016.
It ferments in steel tanks, with maceration for a period of 12-16 days.
Refine, for part of the mass always in stainless steel, and for the remainder in wooden barrels. Bottled in July 2018.

Ruby red color
The nose is clean precise and immediate in its manifestation. Red stem fruit, some parts of wild, shrub berries and tobacco.
Palate is in excellent balance between hardness and softness. Consistent and well designed, it stands out for its extreme ease in drinking it.
