Etna Bianco 2017 Graci
Straw yellow with green reflections.
Scents of yellow citrus, lemon and cedar on the nose. Whirling the glass comes white wildflowers, distant echoes of sea, brackish, smells of stones and the oriental sandal.
On the palate the minerality previously intuited effectively constants the substance, and the acidity is vivid and rich. Good however the creaminess. The whole is just slightly unbalanced on hardness. In the retro olfation, the nose receptors come from classical fruit and citrus peel aromas.
As soon as you eat a crouton with raw ham, or a marinated anchovy, it becomes balanced and inviting. Persistent
Accompanies sea fish dishes, from appetizers, to the first, and the latter also rich and processed. Strepitoso, and would not even need to say, with oysters.
