The grapes that go to create Barbera d’Alba come from different vineyards. In detail: the Cascina Pe Mol vineyard from Monforte d’Alba; From Novello the Rocche of San Nicola and Ravera; And finally from Barolo l’Albarella
After harvesting, the grapes ferment without the help of selected yeasts, in open stainless steel containers
It performs malolactic transformation, and refines in 500-liter French oak barrels
Aging in bottles for at least 9 months
