Straw yellow with green areas
The nose has citrus flowers and citrus fruits themselves; mainly yellow, grapefruit and lemon. The fruit follows, with the pink lady apple and the scents of flowers.
On the palate it is well upright on the firm structure of the hardnesses, yet it has a good creaminess so as to be pleasant overall. Excellent companion for raw fish dishes, or generally cooked fish in order to respect the delicacy of the raw material. Happy is also the combination with vegetable dishes, such as ribs or fennel with bechamel.
