Produced with grapes from eleven vineyards, in different municipalities: in Monforte d’Alba: Cascina Pe Mol and Castelletto; in Novello: Ravera and Rocche di San Nicola and in Barolo: Rivassi. The lands are generally white, with a notable presence of limestone.
Dolcetto carries out alcoholic fermentation with maceration in open stainless steel containers.
Refine in the same containers and then 3 months in bottle.
