Straw yellow.
The nose is clean and precise, with aromas of yellow citrus, and the typical apple of Trentino-Alto Adige: the golden. Among the fruits we also have pear and apricot and secondarily hints of tropical fruit. Among the flowers, we can tell of those with respectful aromas, those, that to feel the smell, we must approach: the primula, the white freesia, and the yellow one.
It is convincing on the palate. In balance, it has good material and a similar structure. The excellent vintage shows its fabric, therefore it is inviting and satisfying. The finish is persistent, with returns of classic fruit.
