In this 1er cru, young and old vines merge. The young vines have been selected among those considered best within the vineyard. Thus the wine that results from these plants combines all the youthful aspects of chardonnay: the exuberant freshness and floral aromas.
The wine produced from old vines is characterized by its structure and finesse. The end result is a well balanced, elegant and harmonious wine. A wine capable of expressing both the prerogatives of Terroir, therefore the conspicuous minerality, like the facets brought about by the different ages of the plants.

This Chardonnay accompanies white meat dishes, cooked fish and stewed legumes. Excellent with Brittany oysters
