Veneto Bradisismo 2015 Inama
Deep ruby red color, almost impenetrable to light.
The nose has intense and fine aromas of berries and shrub berries. Turning the glass come the cherries, cherries and some more green pepper notes. Do not miss the spices with some hints of vanilla, green pepper and humus.
On the palate it is sumptuous and rich. It has great substance, with a truly remarkable volume and presence. On the side of hardness the tannins are barely mentioned, because it is good minerality to take the greater responsibility of the form. From the mouth to the nose aromas of scrub and blueberry, with some hints of tobacco. Very persistent
Elegant, it fits right among the best Venetian reds.
It is accompanied with elegance to dishes of braised red meat, both beef and game. Very good also with grilled ribs.
